Over Charge!!!!!!!!!!

I had a 2x price lock of R 899.00 p/m totaling R 1798.00 that expired in February 2018. A lady phoned me and advised me that they have a new offer that would be approximately R 50.00 a month cheaper and I took this option. This reducing my total to R 1698.00 p/m. I have just received an sms stating that I must pay R 2,180.81 on the 25th of March. I called the call centre and after waiting 21min I was passed around. Please can someone rectify this! My account number ********** 0.

So, without having a response from DSTV to date, they have deducted the amount of R 2, 180. 81. That is R 400.00 a month extra than what i have been paying for the last two years. I WANT MY ACCOUNT RECTIFIED AND MY MONEY REFUNDED TO ME!!!!
