Over billing on account

I have paid last month R1300 for subscription. As I always pay over the amount monthly. I have just been disconnected and I paid R1200 I am yet told my account is owing yet my entire subscription is R980 premium package. The way dstv multi choice manipulates consumers. There is no competition they are exploiting people.
