Over Billing and refusal to correct it

After being escalated 4 times no one got back to me. I went to the service center in Waterglen Shop. Centre, Pretoria East. I wasted an hour sitting in line. I have been over billed and wanted to correct this issue on my account but the service agent "Mafa was of no help and suggested I should cancel my subscription.
