Over billing

Absolutely shocking service. I have been disconnected 3 times within a week due to what they claim as non payment. My account is up to date and they are now charging me R1423.56 an amount they cannot even justify. They refuse to reconnect until I pay this amount in full. This is so frustrating no one not even the managers are getting back to me after 3 cases has been creating and escalated.
