Over billing

Im on a compact subscription with dstv and it cost me+R800 for this month. When I called to inquire they told me that I was given a discount a few months back and now I have to pay for it. I did not consent to it and am not prepared to pay either. I'd rather have my subscription canceled cos I downgraded because they repeat the same shows over and over again
