Over billed account

I bought my decoder on the 24th March 2020 and was told to pay R102.97 for an activation which will allow me to view my channels until the 1st of April which it's my payment chosen date. My package is compact where I'm supposed to pay R399 plus the R49 for reconnection fee since I did not pay for April due to Lockdown. Now I'm told to pay R582, how is that possible? Please assist me on reviewing my account.
