Over Billed

called multichoice in December to schedule downgrade for my package from Compact to Easyview. 24 Dec Prudence confirmed it was done.came back home 4 Jan, dstv is disconnected. They billing me disconnection fee & pro rata days. Called on the 4 Jan Explained to Eugene that schedule was done and it wasn't supposed to be disconnected & need to rectify and he confirmed it will be done and asked me to hold, I hold for more than minutes & he didn't came back until I was disconnected. Called again 4Jan Siphesihle, told me she was going to do what Eugene and rectify and she reconnected and ask me to hold while she rectify the charges, I asked to speak to the team leader to report Eugene bad attitude, she asked to hold, i hold for 10 minutes call got disconnected again. Waited to see my amount to be paid rectified, nothing happened, called today 6 Jan, spoke to Ayanda, explained to her the issues and she told me that what Eugene and Siphesihle said can't be done, I have to pay the disconnection fee even though it was their system issues. I told her that I want to pay for Easyview, I asked if I can speak to team leader & she asked to hold, I hold for more than 15mn & after that she dropped
