OVER 2 MONTHS AND STILL WAITING
After 2 months I'm still waiting for dstv to sebd an installer to fix my extra view as tbey are the ones who messed it up in the first place. All they do is want more money from people they dont even value. Why am i paying for this?

31 May 2020, 23:50My decoder was just fine,all I wanted was to upgrade back to compact,the assistant upgraded me and the extra view went dead immediately, I tried calling a few times t my cost but the consultants kept me on hold and cut my calls, why must I find and pay an installer whereas my view was perfectly fine before I called you.FIX IT!!!!
