OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I recently purchased a new DStv Ultra Explora and contacted Multichoice on 18 April 2026 at 18:30 to have it activated and added to my account. The consultant who assisted me was exceptionally professional and resolved everything quickly. When our call was unexpectedly disconnected, she even phoned me back to ensure the process was completed smoothly.

On Sunday, 19 April 2026, I called again to have my XtraView activated. This time, I was assisted by a gentleman named Clyde. He was not only professional but also extremely patient, guiding me through the setup despite my limited knowledge of decoder connections. It was truly a pleasure dealing with him.

I should also mention that I ordered an LNB from Multichoice, and it was delivered within just two days—excellent service all around!
