Outstanding service
I am so happy to know that there are people out there that still understand the concept of good customer service. I contacted the call center last night in order to get assistance with setting up our DSTV explora and I was assisted by Dumisani. He was extremely efficient and friendly. It did not have to sit on the phone for hours to get the issue resolved. Thank you for your outstanding service. You are definitely an asset to your company.
