Firstly I would like to thank these two ladies for their impeccable level of professionalism, For the past week I've had terrible and unsatisfactory explanatory gibberish from the previous consultant, I have two decoders my primary one was giving me some difficulty, after endless calls to the call centre without getting help. Until my fifth call Ms Nonkhanyiso helped a tone thank you. My secondary decoder was not in sink and no signal was coming through only today 10 days in I'm finally able to enjoy the dstv experience thanks to Ms Shanice, so patient and professional, she fixed my problem within 7 minutes.
