Outstanding Magazine

I asked DSTV early December 2015 that I need my magazine posted. I got confirmation from Nonqaba Ncuthe ,Siyasanga Mbengashe, Daniel Tshilombo , that they will attend to this. Everytime I contact them, they always got excuses. This morning I got a disgusting email from Nonqaba Ncuthe to state that the magazine is a 'value added service' and I do not pay for this! Like really, 'value added service\?? A consultant gives a MBA graduate this silly excuse? <br> Moonsamy(dr)"
