Outstanding feedback regarding payback on double payment
I had a problem of double payments and reported it on DSTV streaming Chat on 9th August 2023 - ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER : ***6 On 14 August Dubuzile (hope this is spelled correct) called and confirmed that the incorrect account would be cancelled and the amount transferred back to my credit card ref INC#***. I also send this confirmation to Payments email, but did not received any feedback.

01 Sept 2023, 16:17I got feedback from 'Proofofpayment' and they confirmed the amount received, but still didnt say when this will be given back to me or transferred to the new month as promised on the phone. the cherry on the cook is they already debited my account today 01.09.2023!
