Outstanding feedback despite being promised

<p>I have an outstanding query which I initially logged on 01/08/2017 on behalf of my mother. The lady I dealt with then promised to give me feedback by the following day which did not happen. I called back and was assisted by Tebogo Mthembu and he told me that the previous lady left no trace with regards to our conversation. Tebogo was very helpful and promised to assist and resolve my query. He even went as far as emailing me so I can make contact with him directly should I need to. He promised to give me feedback by Saturday... Low and behold, its almost Saturday again and I still have heard absolutely nothing despite sending him emails to which I got no response.... So much for being helpful. I don't know what the circumstances are or what his reasons are but I think this is entirely unacceptable. A promise is a promise. This is a question of money, so I politely asked the agents if we could have this resolved soonest. Its over a week later and Im starting to lose my patience. I dnt want to be unreasonable but if no attempt is made to have my query resolved asap I can and will become THAT customer... I work in customer service myself so I know exactly how it works...
