Outstanding Explorer Delivery
On 04 February 2015 we app**** for the Explorer promotion via SMS. After the various checks we were approved for this promotion. A week or so later my husband inquired as to when we could expect delivery only to be advised the matter would be escalated. Upon numerous follow ups we were given the same line \ the matter would be escalated"we were even given the telephone number for the courier company who would deliver. we were now growing impatient"
