Outstanding customer service from Amanda at multichoice Eastern Cape call center.

I had a connection problem at home and was not there so I called in customer service support woooow... I was helped by a lady by the name of Amanda Kota from Eastern Cape multichoice for over 30 minutes, she was so patient when I had to use my other phone to call my sister at home to check if all 3 decoders are working. Am a very happy customer of dstv customer service from Amanda, I feel like she deserves a recognition.
