Outstanding Amount But Yet Debit Order Setup!!!
A debit order has been set up for my account due to the DPP contract. However how the hell can I owe an outstanding amount when a debit order for a certain amount has been set up? Now I received an email saying I owe you guys money when I allowed you to debit my account every month for an amount but yet someone you *****ed it up and now I have an outstanding amount. Honestly you guys are pathetic, seems ill have endless problems with you that will obviously never stop. Please sort it out ASAP and don't make your problem my problem but randomly saying you going to debit my account now because you messed up.
