Out of the Top Draw

<p>Every now and again I need to phone DSTV for assistance. I have always been impressed with their service. Last week I needed to set up my Showmax account. For some odd reason, I wasn't able to link it to my DSTV account and the guys from Showmax couldn't assist. When I called DSTV, I was put through to Sameer Hardien and he blew me away. I had him on the line for over an hour. He first sorted out the linking of my account. While it sounds easy, it wasn't that simple as there were conflicting passwords and he systematically dealt with it until it was resolved. He then helped me set up my both my decoders. Again this may also appear to be easy to do but there were some challenges with my wi-fi connection that definitely threw a spanner in the works. Trying multiple approaches, step-by-step Sameer walked me through the process until everything was working. </p> <p> </p> <p>The way he assisted me was just WOW. He went beyond the call of duty, was very polite and professional, extremely patience, was highly knowledgeable and competent. DSTV usually gives good service but Sammeer was exceptional.
