Out of Nowhere debt and ****ed service

i Have been complaining since Dec 2019 about the amount they say I am owing it started from R1261, I called and spoke to A Team Leader in Durban Mr Khan who told me they will log a call and reconnected me but ever since, every week I am disconnected being told I owe for Premium package which I am not even on. Even spoke to a rude consulted in PE on the 3rd Jan 2020 who told me she's not allowed to tell me her surname and dropped a call on me. I call with my money and my time. I was told on the 18 Jan 2020 by Jackson that the matter as been sorted, which clearly is not. Today money I woke AGAIN my account has been Disconnected and told got an sms that i owe R617.71 which is ridiculous because my I am only due to pay on the 26th and the amount of R519

Thank you very much for the feedback, it looks promising compared to the others I have been getting. Though I hope it is really sorted because I have been told it has been sorted before.
