Other users using my cell no and email addr and dstv cant change that

I have phoned DSTV regarding my number, when I dial *120*68584# I see other people customer number and not mine, I see customer no: ********** 3 for Mr Smith and ********** 6 for Mr J ****e , also I receive emails meant for Mr J ****e whom I dont even know, how is it possible that a person can use both my number and my email address, I wonder what the law says about this. When I phone DSTV they are telling me that this cannot be changed, is that even possible that one can capture something wrongly and cannot be able to change that, it doesnt make sense. I need this info changed, I want to see only my info and not other peoples info, if not I will contact my legal department and hear their view regarding this as its not acceptable.
