ORDERED EXPLORER BUT NO DELIVERY !!!!
We submitted sms for promotion that dstv was running for an explorer for R799 for next 2 years and no increases, in December. Received a call in January some 2-3 weeks later to say that they had had a back log and that they needed to do a credit check. All info was given to them and again we waited and waited. Eventually I sent an email telling them I would cancel if nobody got back to us. They phoned 2 weeks ago to say sorry I don't know why anybody didn't get back to you but credit check is fine and that decoder will be delivered in 3-5 working days. Now almost 10 days later still no decoder !!! I phoned again and now they say that it hasn't even been sent to the courier company yet !!! Is it going to take another 2 months before we get delivery???
