Operational System

With the inclement weather that Gauteng has been experiencing, my satellite has been affected by the lightning and has subsequently burnt. I have gone as far as checking my decoder on my neighbours connections only for the decoder to function appropriately.

I contacted the the Call Centre to disconnect my services due to the satellite(installation challenge), only to be informed by a supervisor(Ms T Ndlovhu), that they can only disconnect services on the following NID date, and that for immediate disconnection one would need to take the FUNCTIONING DECODER in for testing at a Agency.

Not only will that be a waste of time, petrol and money but i will also be expected to pay the subscription for the period of time that the service will still be on. THIS IS BOTH UNPROFESSIONAL AND PROFIT ORIENTATED AT THE EXPENSE OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and is unacceptable.

Lesego
