Operating hours not true...
That's it I'm officially done with DSTV time to switch to Netflix, the new decoder I've just changed still gives me the same error message of hard drive failure wants me to format all the time, took it back all the way to multichoice randburg like I did before because apparently no multichoice office in pretoria have stock of the explora 2A decoders, we have to drive all the way to randburg and mind you I'm the one paying for transport and petrol, no compensation or what so ever from multichoice, asked for a new explora since I've been doing so many trips all the way to randburg and was told they cant give me what I dont have, multichoice sucks big time ontop of it they didn't even cut off their prices due to this #covid19 pandemic at least to us pensioners. To make matters worse they opened their doors 7 minutes late and their operating hours says they work from 8am. Multichoice is just going down the drain their service also sucks.
