Only one place to exchange my DSTV

I have Insurance on an HD decoder. The decoder broke now when I want to claim I am informed to go to Randburg. This is unacceptable. It will cost me more to go to Randburg then buying a new decoder. Why dont they have exchange points everywhere they have installers.
