Only interested in money
<p>The evening of 21st of May I phoned and spoke to a guy, and ask him that I want to switch to a family bouquet. He was very helpfull and told me that I need to pay monies for reconnection as mine was switched off, and some outstanding money, and money for the duel vision. I was happy to do that and he switched it back on. 2 weeks later they switched me off again. after my hsuband phoned and spoke to a very Rude Lady, we were told that I did not ask to change to a family bouquet as it costs thousands to change and she will listen to the recording and get back to us in 24 hours. That never happened. I emailed them 4 days later to ask what happened to the 24 hours, and they got back to me a day later and tell me to pay a certain amount I expalined again about the family package and again I was told they will listen to the recording and get back to me in 24 hours. It is now 4 weeks later and still no getting back to me. </p>

To me this is ridiculous.
I asked for a family bouquet on 21st of May. I paid R700 to get everything clear. I had DSTV for a bit more than 2 weeks. I only knew it was not family when I was cut off. That was suppose to last til 21st of June. I did not have anything else. So I should have still money left to wathc family for another week. Now I had to pay R133 to watch till 28th of July then I must pay another R301 for family which is R219. This is not making any sense I am sorry. As I said you people are only interested in money. Nothing of this whole thing is making any sense.

Thank you so much for nothing. You made the mistake to give me the wrong stuff so I should still be able to watch a week plus on the money I have paid but now you made me pay R133 for a week and then anothe R301 to get the family bouquet. You are very very very greedy
