Only emails to the CEO get an action
After writing to your CEO in November, I eventually received my DSTV magazine that I had been trying to get since September (I actually received 3 DSTV magazines for November ... two by hand and one in my PO box). However that appears to have been a "one hit wonder", as I haven't received any magazine for December. Surely one shouldn't have to write to your CEO every time to get something like this resolved?
