Ongoing pathetic service from DSTV/Multichoice
OMW it never ceases to amaze me how this technological giant can have such ridiculously poor service ALWAYS. Online self service does not work properly - try changing your holiday service (good luck) Accounts are changed without permission. They do not get back to you on queries. AND their system is ALWAYS slow Pathetic beyond belief and absolutely do not deserve to be in business

Based on my experiences, 30 plus interactions at this stage and counting, they are probably bigger than your service department at this stage!!!!
