One word - useless

What a useless company. Their so-called self help website is changing every month and not working to reconnect a holiday home. You ask for 30 days but after one day they disconnect. You also get charged for a full day even though you only connect for a few hours. I spoke to a very arrogant consultant (Nhlanhla) who reckons it is not cheating. Their app also does not work. Why have it if you are not prepared to keep it in working order. It is very frustrating to deal with them telephonically. It took me a full 4 minutes before I could talk to a consultant having to listen to advertising of their website and app which is not working in any case. How I wish they had some competition.
