One Week later and my account is now in arrears!
After my previous complaint I received a call from Multichoice to apologise for the error on my statement. I was told that the next payment is due on 1 November. I received a phone call just now from Multichoice to say my account is in arrears by R555. When I told the lady that this is ridiculous and unacceptable she put the phone down in my ear. This needs to be resolved or I am cancelling my subscription altogether.
