One streaming device policy is unacceptable

One streaming device policy is unfair. Most households like mine have more than one Smart TVs / TV Boxes to stream one of the channels. Things were all good until the introduction of this evil policy. What should now happen to the other devices in the house while one device is streaming? The call center personnel do not have answers for some of us willing to pay extra inorder to stream more than one device, all they say is that there is no other alternative, which I find primitive and not futuristic at this digital age. I won't be surprised if a new role player take over because this is unacceptable.

Your response citing piracy as your challenge shows that you really care less about your honest customers who have more than one devices but focusing on the piracy which other service providers like Netflix manages it properly. You must also do the same by having different price plans with different number of streaming devices that we can choose from and the rest is managed by the customers themselves with passwords. This is indeed unacceptable and purely your problem because you do not have a basic mechanism to manage piracy like other service providers do using price plans. Surely you are ready to lose valuable customers at the expense of piracy which can be managed. NB: the glass is half-full not half-empty
