One Service Centre for All East Rand, Pathetic!!!

One Service centre with three open counters in East Rand, is the service you will receive from the DSTV service centre in Benoni. It has been like this for years and the system is always slow, am sure it is something they are very proud of as it is always happily displayed. The line is always out to the outside pavement and no effort has been made to place another service centre in one of the many Malls around, this is pure pathetic to have one centre. Since there is not another service centre around, I guess we will just have to deal with it. The consultants are good, but the delays and yes it is offline every now and then and you will have to give up another days couple of hours. I am sure one more service centre will not do much damage.
