ONE in a MILLION

I have been struggling to get a payment I made last year in November allocated to my account as I used the incorrect reference on the EFT. This payment has been reflecting as outstanding on your records since. I have contacted the customer care centre on several occassions to resolve this, each time with fail. I had the date of payment, the amount and proof of payment but no consultant could ever assist, everytime getting a different story and excuse. They made it seem like such a process to search the financials for this payment. Today I thought let me try again after receiving yet another SMS from Multichoice about this outstanding amount. I called the customer care line and a gentleman by the name of Kagiso answered. I gave my story, explained and provided him with information of when the payment was made and what amount and he was able to trace the payment within 30seconds. He then informed me that for my account to get updated, I need to send the proof of payment which he said he'll stay on the line with me to make sure that he receives it so that he can get his manager to immediately allocate the payment to my account which was done in all of 5min and confirmed to me that my account is now up to date. I even checked on the DSTV self service page thereafter and indeed my balance now reflected a R0.00.

I would like to pass my sincerest gratitude to Kagiso Moabi for his assistance. He listened, he investigated and resolved my matter and he achieved this in a few minutes after 8months of having spoken to more than 5 other consultants who couldn't. It's people like you that are in the customer services industry that uphold the good name of this industry. Keep up the good work Kagiso.
