Once again, not able to log in to DSTv’s web site

It would be great to be able to go to the "Self Service" section of the DStv site and perform a transaction without any problems, but, in my experience, this is often not possible.

Today, once again, I was not able to log in.

Why DSTv offer this facility is beyond me.
