Once again I have no DSTV
I have not have DSTV for a full month because I couldn't pay. On the 26 Oct 2015 I called the Johannesburg branch and asked the callcentre lady answering to give me the details of how much I should pay to ge reconnected and change my package to a more affordable one for me and my family.

She tells me to pay R449 which I pay via eft while still talking to her. On the first of Nov my service get disconnected because I am in arrears???? After a long conversation and fighting they reverse the arrears because I believe I am not in arrears and this operator also think so.

Today the 16th Nov I am disconnected again for the same reason.

Now please tell me how this is fair to me to pay for a full months viewing after calling and confirming the outstanding and new rate for payment with them.

This is the worst customer service ever. I can not believe I get penalised because their employees cannot do their jobs.

Now if I want to cancel my dstv I still owe them R247.37 How about that??
I really would like to know with how many people this happens because at this moment their is 2 more ladies in my office on the phone with Multichoice with regards to services disconnected.
