OnAir Cancellation- Streama Box

On the 16 April I received a call from Onair telesales offering me OnAir Streama Box, which she explained that it's a MultiChoice streaming box replacing the decoder, it comes with all dstv channels for only R199. I took the subscription and the streaming box was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. After the I call, I realized this offer was too good to be true, I immediately called MultiChoice to confirm the offer of all channels, I was then told a different story that I still have to subscribe to MultiChoice to get channels, the R199 was a a rental fee for the box only. I realized I was misled, I then called OnAir on the same day to cancel the offer which they accepted and gave me a reference number: *** to confirm my cancellation. To my surprise they debited my account this morning. I want my money back into my account this is *****.
