On the 20th I was debited R600

On the 20th I was debited R600. My account was on a price lock for R400 and something. Every month they debit me different amounts and they say it's because my account is in arears that's untrue how is that possible if they take the debit order. On the 20th when they took the debit order I called I spent over R300 on the phone. Either the agents drop the call or they give me false information. I spoke to Andele he was the one that was suppose to load a debit order for a prorata of R188 instead they loaded R728.77. I have had it with dstv. I want an refund for all the months they debited me eligally for the year that I was just suppose to pay R420 or something like that. They debit R470 and the pervious month I paid only the subscription for the family package as agreed according to the package. They kept telling me that the account is up to date and the package now is R520 which I agreed to it's not time to debit 520 only 20th June 2025.
