On Price lock but have increase my premium

DSTV has increased my Price lock within the contracted period and that has resulted in my PVR functionality being disable of which has affected recording and Catch-up. So when I called them they want to apologizes but when we as clients skip payment they switch us off. Also I am not happy to pay high premium to watch Springboks which is our national asset. Due to their bullying tactics and aggressive competition, they have ****ed Rugby interest even to the potential poor people. It means when you are not rich, you will not watch Rugby. Very soon they will be no more due to their tactics. Many people are now installing Fiber.
