On air tv box

I got a call from an agent from Dstv on air tv box, telling me about how amazing this TV box is, at first I did not want to take the product but the way this agent insisted its a good deal, I eventually gave in and heard him out about the product. After hearing about this deal , I told agent that this sounds to good to be true, he told me everybody said that hence its a good deal. He mentioned I have 7 days to try it out so I could decide if its a good deal. I could cancel contract within 7 days if I do not like it. At no cost to me.

Only to find out that this product is not what he sold me over the phone. The guy told me a bunch of lies so I took this product on the basis of what he told me, basically he has no clue of the product. Now to cancel the product they want me to PAY R350 cancelation fee which was not mentioned when we spoke. If cancelation fee is not paid or if you have not canceled within 7 days you are liable for the contract which is for 24 months.

GUYS BE CAREFUL TO BUY OVER THE PHONE , THESE PEOPLE JUST WANT MONEY , THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT. RATHER GO TO THE PLACE INSTEAD OF OVER THE PHONE.
