On Air TV and Dstv is a joke

Last week I was phoned about a new decoder deal. While on the phone I said I was not interested as I do not need the dish. It was confirmed that the deal was cancelled. After the phoned call I also email the company to say this deal was cancelled. Then Friday I received a sms that the decoder will be delivered. I phoned again... It was not cancelled they then confirmed cancelation. Monday a delivery company wanted to deliver the decoder. I said no. I also have a email that the deal was cancelled. Today a depit order was set against my account. Rejecting it 3 times... On the 4th time a Debi check went through. I had enough. This company is a joke and Dstv will loss customers.
