ON AIR SELLING STREAMING SERVICES UNDER FALSE PRETENSE

On air is an agency promoting DSTV products and selling services under false pretense. The got me renting a DSTV streamer for R99 per month over 24 months and explained a range of products such as Netflix,Showmax,Disney and super sports would be covered for the R99 subscription after the device was delivered a tried connecting the device just to find that you still have to pay separate subscriptions and the R99 only covers the device so in essence the device will cost R2400 whilst DSTV directly sells the streaming device for a R1020 they are selling customers a lie so please be careful. All their calls are fortunately recorded to safeguard you as a consumer. I am not a walk over and i will take this matter to the ombudsman to rectify
