ON AIR IS PATHETIC AND UNRELIABLE

I was offered a deal by on air entertainment, 2 explora Decoders were delivered, on installation 1 was not working, not even switching on I had to make a call to their pathetic call center and it took a month for the decoder to be swapped After a month the decoder stopped working and was showing a red exclamation mark when switched on. I called DSTV callcenter and I was advised to take it to the nearest DSTV Centre. I drove 50km to exchange the decoder in Pretoria and I was told I must speak to on air. I phoned on air and I was told they will log a call and somebody will call me. I am still waiting for an agent from on air to call me although they never miss a debit order I am subjected to this Multichoice made a huge mistake by subcontracting this inefficient company.

The never answer even on hellopeter. THEIR ATTITUDE STINKS
