On air dstv disgusting

Despite raising an issue with on air months ago to tell them I’m not using their device ,they even collected it .they even had a person call me to assure me that my itc will not be affected.he **** to me !!!! I recently app**** for a home loan and one of the main things affecting my itc was on air dstv.it’s horrible wot they did and when I check they never removed anything.they hav no idea how dissapointed I am and how hard I worked to keep my record clean.they dnt care,they Jst wanna sell u that dam thing.that same guy who called me before should call me again and explain wot I did to deserve this
