<p>I have only received bad service from call center’s</p> <p>That can’t log an ad hog or tracks aedos wrong on public holidays.</p> <p>I can just imagine ONAIR loosing tons off money because if this.</p> <p>The agents are not trained at all and has no clue how to work with people.Renisha , Lusanda put the phone down in my ear !!</p> <p>Every time I asked for a supervisor they are always in a meeting ? Please check my Profile.</p> <p>I can’t imagine why MULTICHOICE would be in business with an unprofessional company like this.</p> <p>I have been with Multichoice for 20 Years and am seriously thinking switching to Netflix and Showmax they much better deals.
