Old decoders still paying insurance.
After contacting the ********* Multichoice and checking my insurance they inform me that I have been paying for insurance on two decoders for the last couple of years. When a client does an upgrade surely you should cancel the decoder that is switched off.
This is ******* and I want my premiums back .
Why do you charge us so much and then still rob from us with your shyster business practices????
