Ok, I have dstv access with which is now R150

Ok, I have dstv access with which is now R150 . I haven't been paying due to some reasons. I wanted reconnect my dstv access and i told to to pay R195.16 and after paying they didn't open my channels . Now they tell me that I am a bad debt. They are taking me from pillar to post. They dnt want to resolve my issues.
