My DSTV Explora ultra told to be a 4k device when I Watch anything on the device it’s as if it’s worse than hd if I watch the dish channels it’s bad if I watch the streaming services it’s bad. At first I thought it was my tv but I connected my ps5 and wow it’s it’s hd but it’s way better than 4k Explora Ultra and on the Explora ultra I even bought a 4k hdmi cord just to test my resolution. I cloud literally get a R650 skyworth tv stick that can display better. DStv I am one of your big subscribers pls man I’ll even send a video this Explora ultra is not even for me it’s for my nieces and mother. I’ll send a video if needed.
