Oh my Multichoice... how wish I was your number 1 choice.

Truly disappointed with the service of Multichoice. One would understand if this was a once off thing, but to be struggling with such a brand house truly does have one thinking fosho. Are we just numbers to them or do they really care about good service. ?! I mean they have over 500k customers so why should one or 10 people matter to them.
