Offensive and repellant customer servive

N1 City walk in center absolutely usesless. I was at N1 city earlier and was denied entry because i arrived 19h00. When i arrived the gates and door was open when i asked to enter to exchange my defective decoder i was told the systems were switched off already and staff are busy leaving. But someone entered just before me and customers were leaving while i was standing there. PLEASE DONT DO BUSSINESS WITH DSTV MULTICHOICE AS THEY WILL 100% RENDER OFFENSIVE REPELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT I CANNOT UPLOAD PICTURES HERE TO SHOW HOW HOW THEIR SERVICE PROVIDERS STILL WAIT AND WATCH YOU WAITING ON YOU TOO LEAVE.
