If Zero Star Rating was an option i would run to that rating .
You guys call and become a nuisance offering price-lock and utilize sales reps that don't even know what their pitching . This in turn affects the clients account and the client has to call for 3weeks to follow up with *********** team leaders and supervisors . .
I requested for a call recording to prove that I was mislead and misinformed. Sizwe Sibiya , Thando Magwaza have promised to listen to my call and get back to me but now I have to run after them like a headless chicken . do not take up any package and never use DSTV again.
