I called dstv and the consultant hung up on me when i asked for a supervisor. because they were not answering my question. Zizile Bhengu is was helpfull but go me more frustrated when i asked about previous statements. Not explaining to me the on her system she cannot go back further than one month from today. and when i ask to speak to managers or supervisors they are never available to answer questions. instead we get *********** responses and that is really frustrating. DSTV needs to get their call centre people properly trained.
